INSTALLTEC recently completed the spray applied fireproofing on historic Flashcube apartment building in downtown Kansas City. The original fireproofing needed to be abated. Another successful project with MW Builders.

INSTALLTEC worked with Pearce Construction to complete the fluid applied air barriers and EIFS system on the new Kansas City Surgery Center in Overland Park, KS.

Elevate 114 Apartments - SonaKrete Acoustic Finish | Spray Applied Fireproofing
INSTALLTEC recently had the pleasure of teaming up with Cityscape Construction to complete the historic plaster restoration in an old church converted into the leasing office. We also applied SonaKrete Acoustic Finish to the existing dome ceiling.

INSTALLTEC partnered with Dean Construction on the new T Shotz Golf Entertainment facility. We completed the fluid applied air barriers, EIFS, spray foam insulation, and spray applied fireproofing scopes.
